Returns Policy
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Final Sale items (marked as such or discounted 60%+) cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return
- Initiate Online: Request a return via our Returns Portal.
- Pack Securely: Include the original packaging and tags.
- Ship Back:
- US Customers: Use the prepaid label (free for standard returns).
- International Customers: Cover return shipping costs.
Refund Details
- Refunds process within 7-10 business days after receipt.
- $10 restocking fee applies per order (deducted from refund).
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are not offered online. Place a new order and return the original item.
- In-store exchanges are available at select US retail locations.

- Swimwear (without hygiene liner)
- Earrings & body jewelry
- Customized/personalized items
- Gift cards
Faulty Items
Report defects within 48 hours with photos for a replacement or refund.
